I read this today in an email that a friend forwarded to me. I am posting it as a reminder for myself.
"If something is important enough to you, you will find a way. If it is not, you will find an excuse. Often, difficult circumstances can challenge you, but they can not stop you. Only you can stop you.

Thanks for posting it; there's a lot of truth to the words you were sent. I always think that you can't always chose what happens to you, but you can certainly chose how to react and respond, and that your response is a choice.
