My feelings are swinging from
one end of the spectrum to the other

I have what feels like a burning lump in the back of my throat
at all times

Encouraging words from my stranger-friends

No phone call from her

Authorized for 7 sessions with a new therapist
She's a Ph.D. Pastoral Counselor and comes
from a Unitarian faith
I'm meeting her tonight at 6:00
She doesn't know it yet, but it feels like
she's the only hope I've got

I wish I could stop crying, it makes driving very difficult :)

Yay! woman that was fast. Let me know how it goes afterword.

I know it's hard, but BE HONEST.

I love you with all my heart.

I am so sorry for what you are going through, I wish I could say something that would make it better. The only person though that can pull you through this is you. The therapist can help, but you need to save yourself. I have faith that you can. Also, maybe don't drive for a few days?

If she doesn't work, remember there are others out there who will listen.

I'm so sorry you're hurting. Kudos to you for seeking help when you need it. And she's not your *only* hope. You have US. We're here and we support you, and please don't go away. ((hugs))

I'm so glad you decided to go for help. I never go for help, and I'm always sorry I didn't.

Like the girls said...if she doesn't work out, there's always more help where that came from.

Will you tell us how it went and what you thought? can do this.
